The impact of crude oil on the permeability of the soil in a non-oil producing community in Enugu State was investigated using disturbed A-6 (CL) soil sample collected from Ibagwa Nike area of the state. The sample was divided into five (5) portions and each of the four (4) portions was dosed with Bonny light crude oil at 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% by weight of the samples. The physical properties of the uncontaminated soil were tested and analyses and used as control. The aim of the laboratory investigation was to determine the effects of crude oil on the permeability of the soil. The permeability of the uncontaminated soil was found to be 1.2609x10-7. Permeability tests were also conducted on the contaminated soil samples at the various percentage contaminations. The results showed that at 2% crude oil contamination the permeability was 9.6403x10-9, a drastic reduction. The other results were 6.9600x10-6, 2.2621x10-8 and 9.1286x10-8 at 4%, 6%, and 8% contamination levels, respectively. The ranking after contamination is seen to drop within the range of 10-8 and 10-9 showing a change in the permeability due to oil content. This observed reduction in permeability alters the natural groundwater recharge which can be remedied by enhanced bioremediation through aeration of the soil. Iloeje A. We propose a percolation based M2M networking architecture and its data transmission method. The proposed network architecture can be server-free and router-free, which allows us to operate routing efficiently with percolations based on six degrees of separation theory in small world network modeling. The data transmission can be divided into two phases: routing and data transmission phase. In the routing phase, probe packets will be transmitted and forwarded in the network thus path selections are performed based on small-world strategy. In the second phase, the information will be encoded, say, with the fountain codes, and transmitted using the paths selected at the first phase. In such a way, an efficient routing and data transmission mechanism can be built, allowing us to construct a low-cost, flexible and ubiquitous network. The main objective of our project is to purify the waste water from the deinking process. Fresh water is nothing but water with less than 500 parts per million of dissolved salts. The industrial waste water treatment is to remove pollutants, remove toxicants, neutralize coarse particles, kill pathogens so that quality of discharged water is improved. In this condition the deinking agent is used to separate and remove the ink from pulp. Ink can be removed through a method called as flotation, in which the ink is first changed into fine particles that are then dispersed. The bituminous mix design aims to determine the proportion of bitumen, filler, fine aggregates, and coarse aggregates to produce a mix which is workable, strong, durable and economical. In India, majority of road comprise of bituminous surfaced flexible pavements. Distress symptoms, such as cracking, rutting, etc., are being increasingly caused at earlier stages due to high traffic intensity, over loading of vehicles and significant variations in daily and seasonal temperature of the pavement. Use of fiber waste plastic scrap material with Bakelite in the construction of flexible pavement is gaining importance. The modified bitumen shows better properties desired for road construction like ductility , fire and flash point, penetration, specific gravity. The fiber waste plastic scrap material with Bakelite were heated at 160 180oC and added to the aggregate, was added to bitumen 60 70 at 120 140oC. The fiber waste plastic scrap material with Bakelite aggregate mix were then combined to get the sample for dense bituminous concrete DBC . In fiber waste plastic scrap material with Bakelite modified bitumen the higher marshal stability value is obtained when 4 fiber waste plastic scrap material with 4 Bakelite is added to the mix. Work motivation in organizations is very important because the motivation has an important role in every individual, both in a leader and his subordinates, because this is one of the factors that is relied on in achieving an organizational goal where motivation is related to the strength or drive that is in a person so that it refers to the conditions that cause the diversity of intensity, quality, direction, and duration of work behavior. The work the environment is also one part of the factors that can affect the process of employee performance, where if the work environment of an employee is not good and low employee motivation can certainly lead to low performance results of existing employees in the company, vice versa if the atmosphere a good work environment can certainly create good employee performance results. Therefore, in this study, the authors use work motivation and work environment as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study was 115 people and 53 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. The technique used in this study is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were PDAM Tirta Malem Kabanjahe employees. Data were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and test of determination R 2 which is operated by SPSS 16. T test results in work motivation variables obtained t value of 5.530 t table of 2.007 and work motivation correlated with employee performance by 55 so it can be concluded that part there is an influence between work motivation variables on employee performance variables, then t test results the work environment variables obtained t value of 3.582 t table of 2.007 and the work environment correlated with employee performance of 35.6 so it can be concluded that part there is an influence between the work environment variables on employee performance variables. Based on the results of the hypothesis on the results of the F test obtained the calculated F value of 34.442 F table of 3.18 so it can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work environment together affect the employee performance variables. Test results The coefficient of determination R 2 obtained a value of R Square in 0.579. This means that work motivation and work environment variables affect employee performance by 57.9 and the remaining 42.1 is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as salary, leadership style, work discipline, workload, job satisfaction, awards, and so on. The management of working capital involves managing inventories, accounts receivable and payable, and cash. Based on this assertion, this dissertation is to examine working capital management and the financial performance of basic materials manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The objective of the study is to examine the relationship between working capital management and financial performance of basic material manufacturing companies in Nigeria, The study is anchored with Fishers separation theory. The study used ex post facto research design which also known as after the effect research, data analyses of financial information were extracted from the manufacturing companies Financial Statements for the years 2001 to 2015. These statements used to examine how an independent variable, present prior to the study, affects a dependent variable. In order to arrive at the testable conclusion, stratified random sampling techniques were adopted. Ordinary Least Square OLS regression model were used in this research work with the model findings, which revealed that debtors, creditors and inventory has no significant relationship with return on investment of manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The study therefore recommended that managers of basic material manufacturing companies in Nigeria should intensify effort on how to improve the management of debtor as a component of working capital components than creditors and inventories in their industry. Combining data from several information sources has become a significant research area in classification by several scientific applications. Many of the recent work make use of kernels or graphs in order to combine varied categories of features, which normally presume one weight for one category of features. These algorithms dont consider the correlation of graph structure between multiple views, and the clustering results highly based on the value of predefined affinity graphs. Artificial Bee Colony is combined to Multi view Clustering ABC MVC model in order to combine each and every one of features and learn the weight for each feature with respect to each cluster separately by new joint structured sparsity inducing norms. It also solves the issue of MVC by seamlessly combining the graph structures of varied views in order to completely make use of the geometric property of underlying data structure. ABC MVC model is based on the presumption with the purpose of intrinsic underlying graph structure would assign related connected part in each graph toward the similar group. An experimental study was done for replacement of glass powder and zeolite to evaluate the effect of urban heat island. All of the concrete sample mixtures carried out the intensified mortar bar test to evaluate the growth of the ASR. Perhaps this is partly related to a smaller glass particle size, the chemical characteristics of bottle as well as the participation of zeolite throughout concrete. Test specimens G20 Z10, GO Z10 and GI0 Z0, reached the power parameters. The G20 Z10 had the maximum resistance characteristics between them. These were found that intensity values with both the rising quantity of glass dust up to 20 per cent dose started to show a declining pattern. The replacing cement to zeolite powder research by up to 10 per cent indicates a tremendous pattern throughout strength properties. Decreased compressive tension, flexicurity and broken tensile strength may be due to reduced adhesion here between smoother surface of the glass particle as well as the cement. A G20 Z10 blend study revealed lower pavement surface temperature, which can also be considered a mitigating technique for urban heat islands. Heamorrhagic ovarian cyst HOC is an adnexal mass formed because of occurrence of bleeding into follicular or corpus luteal cyst. Heamorrhagic cysts are commonly seen in clinical practice. Most of them disappear spontaneously with follow up except in minority of cases in which surgical intervention is stated. The granulosa layer of the ovary remains avascular until the time of ovulation. After ovulation occurs, the granulosa layer quickly becomes vascularized by thin walled vessels which rupture easily, giving rise to a hemorrhagic cyst. The disease Granthi cyst , stimulating the description of Cyst the disease arising due to excessive, uncommon or peculiar and improper growth of cells has been mentioned in Ayurveda, but it can be called as Beejakosha Granthi. Colles fracture is one of the most common and challenging among the outpatient fractures. Colles fracture is defined as a linear transverse fracture of the distal radius approximately 20 35 mm proximal to the particular surface with dorsal angulations of the distal fragment. The incidence of this fracture is more common in children, women and aged people either due to trauma or fall on a out stretched hand. This fracture can be co related to Bahir Prakoshtasthi bhagna which is of the khanda bhagnatype. An attempt has been made to decrease the pain and accelerate the healing process by the usage of laksha ksheera pana and manjisthadi lepa. Aim To evaluate efficacy of laksha ksheera pana and manjisthadi lepain Bahir Prakoshtasthi bhagna. Materiale and method The patient was selected from the outpatient dept of S C J Hospital T M A E` S Society Hosapete. After subjecting the patient to clinical examination and lab investigation the patients were treated with laksha kheerapana orally and manjeshtadi lepa. Realignment of the fracture ends was achieved through reduction technique by conventional closed methods. Reduction technique was done through bamboo splints with the help of cotton roll placed in position with collar sling. The treatment continued for six weeks. Results A significant reduction of symptoms like pain, swelling, loss of function was seen after six weeks. Conclusion The treatment was found effective and economical. Dr. L. This study assessed the expectations and potential benefits on e commerce of local small scale enterprises in Northern Samar, Philippines. Specifically, it tried to find out the profile of the seventy four enterprises in the province, evaluate the expectations of the small scale enterprises on e commerce capabilities and determine the potential benefits of the small scale enterprises from e commerce implementation. The descriptive evaluative research was used. This study likewise employed the complete enumeration of the enterprises that have potential in adapting e commerce. The enterprise’s primary business included industrial products manufacturing, computers and electronics manufacturing, communications, financial services, computer services, consulting, consumer products manufacturing, food and agriculture, and others. The enterprises had one 1 to four 4 personal computers and had one telephone line. Majority of the enterprises had an access to the internet on a broadband line. And that, e commerce capabilities will be implemented within one year. The potential benefits of e commerce use to the enterprise were very significant. The respondents considered that through e commerce the enterprises will improve its information exchange with customers, increase the loyalty and retention of the customers, and increase the service to the customer as well as the revenue. This study aimed to determine the conflict management styles of school administrators of rural state universities in Samar Island, Philippines. Majority of the school administrators perceived themselves together with the faculty and non teaching staff as avoiders. School administrators think that conflict should be avoided in favor of harmony and that conflicts may damage the harmonious relationship of the group. They are afraid that if the conflict continues, someone will get hurt and the relationship will ruin. Thus, avoiders stay away from the issues over which the conflict is taking place and from the persons they are in conflict with. With the null hypothesis being not rejected, it can be concluded that school administrators, faculty and non teaching staff shared the same views as to the avoider conflict management style. However, since there was a significant difference between the perception of the school administrators and the faculty and non teaching staff on the school administrators’ compromiser, accommodator, controller, and collaborator conflict management styles, then it showed that these respondents have varying perceptions over the conflict management styles manifested by school administrators. Covid 19 has played a devastating role in the tourism and hospitality industry. Since the inception of the pandemic caused by covid19, the hospitality, and tourism industry has suffered a lot of loss due to a decline in arriving tourists, visiting hotel guests, aviation operations, and various government strategies which were meant to control the spread of the virus also contributed to the loss of tourism and hospitality industry where we saw lockdown, social distancing, home quarantine, etc as some of the measures for the same. This, in turn, has impacted the hospitality and tourism industry by causing a dip in their revenues and incurring losses making many of the employees jobless. On the other hand, we also witnessed an excessive spike in online transactions comprising ordering of food, groceries, medicines, etc. more than before the pandemic. The accountability issue of training and development among employees is evaluating the effectiveness of a training program in order to determine whether it accomplishes its goals and objectives, appraise the value of training, identify training gaps and to get rid of any training that isnt necessary. In this descriptive study, the effectiveness of training program of this university campus is evaluated in terms of faculty participants and the department heads viewpoints. Using an adapted and modified training effectiveness questionnaire, the faculty’s perceived learning right after the activity, application of knowledge and skill acquired three months later, and the department head’s evaluation of the faculty’s demonstrated learning in terms of its impact on job behavior and job performance were taken into account. Results show faculty participants “agree” that the activity courses have achieved their individual objectives, they have acquired deeper understanding about the subjects of the training program, and their performance level will rise as a result of their attendance to the training. Further, they “agree” that the TSPs have the full readiness to perform the activity courses, the resource persons are experts within the area of competence, the facilities were equipped with the highest quality standards. In terms of impact on their job performance and their application of learning three months after the conclusion of the activity courses, faculty participants “somewhat agree” they had the chance to make the best use of the skills they have learned from the activity courses and their job performance level have increased as a result of their attendance to the activity courses. Meanwhile, the department heads “somewhat agree” they have noticed an increase in the faculty’s performance in the workplace since their attendance to the training and they have noticed indicators that proved faculty participants benefited from the acquired skills in the training. This study investigated the relationship between retention effort and organizational survival of Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs in Nigeria. Cross sectional research design was adopted for this study. Primary data was generated through self administered questionnaire. The population of the study was two hundred and twenty five 225 manager and supervisors drawn from twenty five 25 registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and functional SMEs operating in Nigeria. Sample sizes of 134 respondents were selected out of the population using Taro Yamane’s formula. A well structured questionnaire was used as instrument of data collection for the study. Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation was utilized in testing the stated hypotheses with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 23.0 . The study findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between retention effort and organizational survival of Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs in Nigeria. The number of vehicles participating in road transport worldwide is increasing every year. It is estimated that there are currently 1,400 billion vehicles on the road around the world. Since new vehicles are added to traffic every day around the world, an exact figure cannot be given. In Turkey, hundreds of thousands of vehicles participate in traffic every year. As the number of vehicles increases, the number of traffic accidents also increases. In 2020, there were about 150 thousand traffic accidents with deaths and injuries in Turkey. It is important to provide first aid to the injured persons as soon as possible after a traffic accident occurred. The location of the accident site has a great impact on the survival rate of the injured persons. In the case of road accidents that occur in the settlement, the intervention of people in the area and calling the emergency services will ensure that first aid accurately is provided in a short time. However, when road accidents occur outside residential areas or in unpopulated areas, the number of fatalities increases. For this reason, emergency call systems in road vehicles are important for the timely provision of first aid. Because of the increased complexity of designs in recent years, we now have multiple components on a single chip that employ independent clocks, meaning that these clocks are not synchronized. As a result, problems with Clock Domain Crossing will occur, which, if not resolved, will proliferate and destroy the entire chip. Data crossing clock domains can cause a variety of problems, including as metastability and data loss, which can lead to the device failing completely. To overcome the clock domain crossing concerns, this work presents a dual flip flop synchronizer that employs TSPC logic and is based on the SOI technology. TSPC synchronizer when implemented in SOI technology gives outstanding results. It improves the rise time by 46.15 , the fall time by 28.57 , dissipates 24.23 less power, power delay product by a huge margin of 59.20 when compared to its bulk CMOS counterpart. Generally the term life skills refers to a group of psycho social and interpersonal skills which can help people make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and think critically. Life skills are empowering skills that enable people to cope with the changes and challenges of life. Strengthening life skills helps students to meet the challenges and risks, maximize opportunities and solve problems in co operative, non violent ways. At present life skill education may appear as a very important non pharmaceutical instrument to fight against COVID 19. In the light of this, people are becoming habituated with this new normal situation owing to pandemic with their basic skills of life and knowledge and it can be done in a very systematic manner through life skill education. The holy River Ganga at Haridwar is largely affected by that effluent from various industries and untreated sewage disposed from insufficient sewage treatment plants. Along with that the pilgrims that take holy dip in the pious river throughout the year, all these situations worsens the condition a lot. The quality and quantity of surface water in a river basin is influenced by natural factors such as rainfall, temperature and weathering of rocks and anthropogenic changes that curtail natural flow of the river, or alter its hydrochemistry. A study related to water quality indexing of River Ganga was conducted for four months, and four sampling stations were selected for physico chemical parameters. WQI of the River during the study period was 46.03 which fall in the good water quality. DO values ranged from 10.32 13.24 mg l, BOD values were 1.08 3.66 mg L, COD ranged from 5.50 11.50 mg L. Other physico chemical parameters were observed well in the range. The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between marital status and transfers among the teachers in public primary schools in Turkana County in Kenya. Simple random sampling technique was used to select 246 non resident teachers from 36 public primary schools. The data collection instruments were a questionnaire and an interview schedule. Self administered questionnaire was given to the teachers while interview schedules were administered to head teachers who were purposively selected. The reliability level of 0.883 was obtained which met the reliability coefficient and threshold of 0.7 and above. Data was analyzed using an independent samples t test comparing the mean transfer intentions indices for the married and single teachers. The study found a significant difference between the means of the two groups. Therefore, the study recommended that Teacher Service Commission secretariat needs to be considerate during teacher placement so as to suitably place teachers where they can be most comfortable to avoid future transfers. The present investigation was carried to prove the antimicrobial activity of soaps. Soaps commonly known as an antiseptic or medicated soaps, it includes commercial as well as antimicrobial soap can remove 65 to 85 of bacteria from human skin. Antiseptic soaps are incorporated with germicidal chemicals in addition to the ordinary soap base to increase their antibacterial activity. These antiseptic substances has the ability to kill germs even after it has been used as residual antiseptic substances remain on the skin. Soaps tested in the present study showed varied levels of activity against the pathogenic organism. The antimicrobial activity of ketoconazole and cetaphil shows high effectiveness against Candida and dettol shows high effectiveness on most of bacteria. Academic staff retention is a major challenge affecting higher learning institutions globally. The performance and success of any education institution immensely depends on the qualified academic staff it’s able to retain. When good academic staff exit, they leave a void that is often costly to fill and challenging to manage, hence corrodes institutional efficiency and effectiveness in its operations. The purpose of this study therefore was to investigate the influence of leadership practices on academic staff retention in public Universities. The study employed ex post facto research design. Simple random sampling was used to select 376 academic staff from 10 public Universities for the study. Data was collected using a closed ended questionnaire Likert type scale 1 5 . The study investigated Antibacterial properties of young cocosnucifera. The study adopted a laboratory analysis of the sample. Result of the analysis showed that coconut water extract contain phenol, cardiac, glycoside, flavonoid, saponin, tannin and alkaloid among other. Background Uterine prolapse is the second commonest reproductive health condition faced by women. About 80 of the Indian women are residing in rural areas, where uterine prolapse is most common, which necessitates early detection and prevention. Objectives To evaluate the effectiveness of self instructional module SIM on knowledge regarding uterine prolapse among ASHA worker. To find out the association between the posttest mean knowledge scores with the selected socio demographic variables. Materials and methods Quasi Experimental one group pre test, post test design with quantitative evaluative approach was adopted to selected 40 ASHA workers by using Non probability purposive sampling technique in selected health centres of Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. The data was collected by self administered structured knowledge questionnaire before and after implication of self instructional module SIM .Result There was statistically significant p 0.05 increases in the posttest mean knowledge scores as compared to pretest knowledge scores and H2 is rejected as there was no statistically significant association p 0.05 between the posttest mean knowledge scores with the selected socio demographic variables.Conclusion the study results showed that self instructional module SIM is an effective method the improve the knowledge regarding uterine prolapsed. Globally, politics and religion and for that matter spirituality have co existed throughout history in different forms and at different levels. In Ghana, spirituality in politics in general and elections in particular is not only becoming rampant but it is also assuming a peculiar dimension. What is probably unique is the fact that spirituality in politics has manifested itself in the form of uncontrolled curses according to traditional religion and unrestrained prophecies in the outcome of election results. The objective of this research article was to look at the implication of this phenomena on governance in Ghana. Qualitative research method was used and the main data collection instrument was questionnaire one on one oral interview of governance experts and opinion leaders. The conclusion drawn was that prophecies in elections can ironically be dangerous to our democracy since it raises question mark on the legitimacy of government. It also has the potential not only to create political instability but also to kill the faith of Christians who believe in prophecies. The medicinal importance of honey has been documented in the worlds oldest medical literatures, and since the ancient times, it has been known to possess antimicrobial property as well as wound healing activity. The healing property of honey is due to the fact that it offers antibacterial activity, maintains a moist wound condition, and its high viscosity helps to provide a protective barrier to prevent infection. Its immunomodulatory property is relevant to wound repair too. The antimicrobial activity in most honeys is due to the enzymatic production of hydrogen peroxide. However, another kind of honey, called non peroxide honey viz., manuka honey , displays significant antibacterial effects even when the hydrogen peroxide activity is blocked. Traditionally school is the place of acquisition of knowledge, know how to do and know how to be, in order to render pupils blooming, autonomous and performance. Box Culverts are normally constructed without RCC cut off and curtain walls. Due to which structure gets damaged easily. In previous researches Box Culvert are constructed with PCC cut off and curtain walls while taking various parameters in design. Movements of people and transportation will not be affected because structure will not be constructed number of times because life of structure will be very long. Seepage pressure is less in box culvert with RCC Cut off and curtain walls because the gripping in RCC structure is good as compare to PCC Structure, and Seepage pressure is directly proportional to voids that makes PCC structure unstable against seepage pressure. Constructed wetland systems CWs can be considered the most promising and sustainable alternative for wastewater treatment in different parts of the world. There is an enormous potential for the application of CWs in developing countries. However, the use of CWs for greywater treatment is still underutilized in developed countries, and it is almost not popular in developing countries where greywater treatment and recycling can be advantageous. The removal mechanisms, including microbial degradation, phytoremediation, phytoextraction, sedimentation, adsorption, filtration etc., can be identified within the CWs. Subsurface CWs can be considered a viable alternative since tropical countries have a year round conducive climate for rapid biological growth. Vertical flow CWs have been identified as the effective type of wetland for removing TSS, BOD and TN efficiently, while Horizontal flow CWs have been recognized as the better option for removing TP. Inpainting is a restoration technique that involves filling in damaged, degraded, or missing areas of artwork to create a full image. Oil or acrylic paints, biochemical photography prints, sculptors, and digital photos and video are all examples of physical and digital art mediums that can be used in this process. We have developed a model which in paint a corrupted image using three different sparse representation based approaches. We have used K SVD Singular Value Decomposition, ORTHOGONAL MATCHING PURSUIT OMP , and Delaunay Triangulation based Interpolation. It has also become apparent from the results that inpainting on natural images appears decent when not requiring too big patch size. As the patch sizes increase, to be able to cover large masked areas, the reconstruction will be smoother. There might be useful at times to have an algorithm like this that could be used for smoothing and inpainting simultaneously. However, if the contrast of the image is to be unharmed some other method should be considered. It is therefore concluded that even though sparse reconstructive methods appear impressive at first glance they are lacking when it comes to using large image patches, which is required when it comes to inpainting phase maps. This study was conducted to determine the Socio demographic determinants for effective use of modern contraceptive among married women of childbearing age in Anambra State. This article looks at cultural intelligence and stakeholders’ management in host oil communities in Niger Delta Region, Nigeria. The work discusses stakeholders’ management from stakeholders’ identification and engagement and cultural intelligence from meta cognitive, cognitive, behaviour and motivational intelligence. The problem of poor identification and engagement of stakeholders in the host oil communities prompted the study. The subsequent absent of studies that have looked at cultural intelligence and stakeholders’ management from the indicators as used in this article in the host oil communities in the Niger Delta Region, Nigeria forms the gap the article addresses. The study concludes that being culturally intelligence impact stakeholder management in host oil communities in Niger Delta Region, Nigeria. Based on the conclusion, we recommend that management of oil companies should not just assume that they will always achieve their goals and objectives without identifying and engaging the right stakeholders of these host oil communities if the oil companies indulge in such assumptions crisis will continue to erupt. Recognition and identification of learning disabilities is a daunting task in India due to the vast socio linguistic diversity we see among the population, the pronounced socioeconomic disparities and many other schisms. Whether its the sheer number of languages spoken or the cultures that thrive, whether its the polarity between regions or the differences in ethos, the more diverse and therefore complex a society is the harder it becomes to assess and scrutinise intellectual activity objectively. That we are a developing nation that lives in various stages of industrialization and urbanization simultaneously, ranging from the archaic to the most cosmopolitan, the intellectual disposition of our society and least of all intellectual disability or learning disability to be precise cannot be narrowed down without taking into consideration many factors. Nevertheless, it is inevitable when it comes to research. The estimated prevalence rates of LD in India range widely between 2 and 19 . Considering this fact, a descriptive study was conducted to assess the knowledge of learning disabilities among mothers of under five children at a selected panchayat, Thrissur. The study aimed to associate the knowledge of mothers of under five children with the selected demographic variables. The samples were 60 mothers, selected through purposive sampling technique, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was collected using questionnaires regarding learning disabilities and demographic profiles. The setting of the study was Nadathara panchayat, Thrissur. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that all the subjects had various levels of knowledge. The results showed that the majority 45 75 had moderate knowledge, 11 18.33 had inadequate knowledge whereas 4 6.66 had adequate knowledge. Analysis showed that there was an association between the level of knowledge of mothers of under five children regarding learning disabilities and their selected demographic variables such as age of mother, type of family and type of delivery. This study concluded that the majority had moderate knowledge. The study helped the mothers acquire knowledge of learning disabilities through the information booklet that was distributed among the subjects. This work is aimed at investigating the connection that exist amid customer enthusiasm and brand loyalty among airlines service providers in the Nigeria aviation industry. The specific objectives were to inspect the degree to which enthusiasm relates with product commitment and product support among airlines service providers in the Nigeria aviation industry. The populations of this study consist of customers of all airlines service providers in the Nigeria. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 299 customers of the airlines. Hypothesis for the study was tested and data for the work was analyzed to determine the mean, standard deviation. The statistical tool for social science version 22.0 was used. The analysis discovered that enthusiasm has optimistic and important relationships with brand commitment and brand support. In view of these findings, it was concluded that when customers of airlines are enthusiastic with the airlines brand they become loyal by way of showing brand commitment and support.
